Feeling overwhelmed, stuck or constantly in your own head?
Practical, down-to-earth therapy in Henley-on-Thames and online for anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, phone addiction and digital overwhelm.
We talk, we make sense of what’s happening and, importantly, we do something with it.
Together, we’ll spot the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and look at realistic changes that can help you feel calmer, more confident and more in control of your thoughts, your time and your life.
How can I help?
Therapy shouldn’t feel clinical or intimidating. It should feel like a real conversation — a chance to understand what’s going on, notice the patterns keeping you stuck and make sense of things.
But understanding is only the start. What matters is what we do with that knowledge.
Therapy is about growth: making changes, trying something different and moving forward feeling more like yourself again.
I’m good at putting people at ease and creating a space where you can be completely yourself — no judgement, no jargon and no pressure to know exactly what to say.

My Approach
If you've tried talking about things before but still feel stuck, we can use a range of approaches to help create change, such as CBT, IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), EMDR and Hypnotherapy.
Clients often tell me they leave therapy feeling:
✓ Calmer and less overwhelmed
✓ More confident in themselves
✓ Better able to cope when life gets difficult
✓ Less held back by past experiences
✓ More present with the people who matter
✓ More in control of their phone, rather than feeling controlled by it

About me
I’m Keri. I’m naturally optimistic, and that shapes the way I work.
I’m interested not only in what’s difficult, but in what can change, what’s already working and how we can build on your strengths.
People often describe me as down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I won’t sit silently taking notes while you wonder what I’m thinking. Instead, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening, spot the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and find practical ways to help you move forward.
My approach is influenced by positive psychology, which means therapy isn’t only about reducing what feels difficult — it’s also about helping you build confidence, resilience and a life that feels more manageable and more like your own.
Keri is a very personable, warm and open communicator. She listened and ‘got’ what I was saying. The therapy helped me achieve my initial goal, but also helped me realise and recognise a larger more fundamental issue I have been carrying around with me! I would recommend her services to help others achieve their goals!
